Our roots lie in accredited training and institutional capacity building. Underpinned by accreditation with SAQA, QCTO, UMALUSI, and the SETAs, ARCH built one of South Africa’s most respected skills development ecosystems — developing people through qualifications and learnerships, and improving places through SMART iQ™ and institutional audits.
As the economy evolved, ARCH transformed into a talent and workforce management company — aligning education and employment to meet national priorities. Here we pioneered the Dual Pathway Model, blending classroom learning with workplace practice to drive workforce readiness, job placement, sector competitiveness and industrialisation.
The launch of a specialised impact and fund management function converts compliance expenditure into measurable, investable outcomes — positioning ARCH as a bridge between corporate capital and community value, structuring B-BBEE, SLP and ESG capital through Compliance-as-a-Service and implementing accredited programmes through Impact-as-a-Service.
